Mighty Mites

Mighty Mites focuses on teaching your children to focus and to develop powers of self control.

Classes start out with a nice warm-up, followed by focus exercises, very basic striking exercises and then gentle Gracie Jiu Jitsu techniques.

Children at this young age have limited powers of self control, so the moves will be designed on avoidance and escape. As your child exhibits a higher level of self control, the martial arts moves will adjust accordingly.

These class sizes are kept small so your child will get plenty of one on one personalized instruction.
