This class is for conditioning and is mandatory for competitors. Thefirst half of class will be eight, three minute rounds of controlled sparring, grappling or MMA with 16 oz. or 7 oz. gloves.
The second half of class will be the circuit workout, also seven 3 minute rounds. Stations will be set up emphasizing exercisesintended to work different muscle groups while raising your cardio fitness to a very high level. In between rounds flutter kicks, squats, and push-ups will be performed. The stations will include shadow boxing with weights, skipping rope, dumbbell exercises, Total Gym, Russian Kettle Bells, sit-up machine and various other torturous devices.
This class is one hour of perpetual motion. You will get a very good workout while being pushed beyond your comfort level.
